About the Show

Notes from New York, was the West End's first and only platform for contemporary US musical theatre. Staged in an intimate cabaret setting, the show featured a number of UK and European premières, including songs from Adam Guettel's new musical The Light in the Piazza, selections from Michael John LaChiusa's much-loved but rarely performed repertoire and an introduction to the work of John Bucchino.

About the Cast and Crew

Ashleigh sang a selection of songs including Miracles and Mysteries, How Glory Goes and Come to Jesus. Ashleigh reprised her performance at the subsequent Anniversary Gala.

Alongside Ashleigh were Rebecca Thornhill, Stephen Weller and Oliver Tompsett. The Anniversary Gala also featured Amy Nuttall, Jon Lee, Julie Atherton, Paul Spicer, Shona Lindsay, Damien Edwards and Debbie Kurup.

The show was directed by David Randall and produced by Neil Eckersley.

Where and When

Trafalgar Studios in London's West End. Ashleigh appeared in the show on Sunday 19th September and in the Anniversary Gala on 21st November 2004.
