CAREER

Edward started training at a very early age with The National Youth Theatre in London and then gained more experience with The National Youth Music Theatre. It was at these two training grounds that he knew that he wanted to pursue a career in acting.

Edward trained in Nottingham and since graduating he has toured in many shows ranging from the children's arena show 'Thomas The Tank Engine The Big Live Tour' to the JB Priestley classic 'When We Are Married'.

In Theatre Edward has worked with some great names of British Theatre some of those being Jeffrey Holland of 'Hi-Di-Hi' Fame, David Griffin of 'Keeping Up Appearances', the late Henry McGee of 'The Benny Hill Show' and recently finished a run in the West End on 'Steptoe and Son - Murder at Oil Drum Lane' at the Comedy Theatre with Jake Nightingale and Harry Dickman.

On television Edward has had the fortune to appear in 'Peak Practice', 'Playing The Field', 'Merseybeat', 'Sweet Medicine', 'Dalziel and Pascoe', 'Judge John Deed' 'Crossroad's', 'Midsommer Murders', 'Hawking's' , 'A Thing Called Love' and 'Life Begins' with Caroline Quentin.

Edward was entered into the Guinness Book Of Records for driving the largest
model engine in the world, for the show 'Thomas And Friends'. He has also provided the voice for 'James The Engine' in 'Thomas And Friends The All Aboard Tour' (Arena Tour) and 'Thomas And Friends The Big Live Tour' (Arena Tour) he is most proud of this credit especially, as none of the Engines from the television show have ever been given personal voices before. He has also provided his voice for BBC projects.

When he is not involved in Theatre or Television Edward divides his time teaching drama to the many drama societies that are dedicated to the disciplines of theatre and TV.
