Helen recently took part in the workshop for "Respect La Diva".

Previously on Stage in 2010 Helen made a  guest appearance at the 02 in License To Thrill and played Princess Jasmine in Aladdin at the Camberley Theatre opposite Sonny Flood (Hollyoaks) as Aladdin. She played the role of Diana Ross in the UK 2009/10 Tour of "Dancing in the Street".

Helen made her West End debut as Isis in "Daddy Cool" and then reprised her role when the show opened in in Berlin. Prior to this Helen had performed in " INSTANT CELEBRITY........just add water " in the leading role of Shakira at "FREEDOM" (London's Wardour St) .

On TV she has played Nimala Dias in Doctors but is most often recognised for her role as Khush in the BBC1 series I Dream, produced by 19 Entertainment Ltd. Find out more>>

Helen has been performing since the age of 3, taking part in theatrical shows and professional pantomimes at the Millfield Theatre with her local dance school followed by the North London Dance Studio where she was training on a full-time 2 year Performing Arts course when she got the call to join I Dream.

Her other on screen credits include Children in Need – BBC, Top of the Pops Saturday, Wild Room TV (Disney), a pop video for Lydia Canaan and an educational video with Jane Asher. Helen has also undertaken modelling work in ads and brochures for clients such as Woolworth, Dixons and Burger King as well as the promotional launch for agency Red & Black.
