Helen played Khush in the BBC1 series I Dream. The thirteen part series was filmed in Spain and was screened on BBC1

I Dream was produced by 19 Entertainment and Simon Fuller. Following from the success of the S Club 7 TV series, which went on to global success, CBBC's I Dream featured S Club 8 alongside the 5 main characters Felix, Ollie, Khush, Natalie and Amy.

The program was set in Avalon Heights, an imaginary Sylvia Young style stage school run by Professor Toone (Christopher Lloyd) in Barcelona whose former students include Robbie Williams and Elton John.

The cast from the show released a CD and a single which reached 19 in the singles chart.
