FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE

Jason appeared in the role of Little Moe in this award winning musical in the original European Tour (1994-1995) and in London's West End (1995-96) at the Albery Theatre.

The musical was written by Clarke Peters and features the greatest hits of Louis Jordan.

"Five Guys named Moe" is the story of Nomax who is very unsuccessful in love. One night while listening to the radio he dozes off and is visited by the jiving, tapping and singing Moes, who appear from his radio and offer him a lot of romantic advice via the medium of song and dance.

Audience participation was encouraged particularly in the sing along number Push Ka Pi Shee Pie, which saw Jason encouraging the upper circle to sing and conga to the bar at the interval.

Jason was also invited to join the Moes for a medley of songs from the show at the "Hey Mr Producer" Cameron Macintosh tribute at the Lyceum Theatre where he appeared alongside Clarke Peters the show's creator.
