Matthew continues to be kept busy in 2009 and is excited to announce that he is about to start rehearsing the play “Norfolk’s Rose”, a ghost play, which is opening at The Henley Festival in July this year and is then going to tour the UK later this year. He has also just finished recording his third book for Talking Books at RNIB entitled “The Final Curtain” and has also recently finished filming on his first feature film entitled “The Power of Three” starring amongst others Toyah Wilcox, Shirley Anne Field and Margaret Nolan. Matthew has also just finished playing the part of KEITH ROUTLEDGE in “Eyes”, which was performed at The New End Theatre as part of the Lost One Act Festival. Due to the success of this performance Matthew is currently waiting to hear whether the production is going to be revived in the near future. Matthew has also just completed work on an internet commercial for Danske Bank as well as several short films and is about to appear at the Chelsea Flower in the first ever interactive garden, where fifteen actors are going to living a day in the life of suburban street in four and a half minutes! He has also just started to be one of the voices on the Spoken Ink Short Stories website.

On Stage
Matthew has appeared on stage at The Old Vic, The Royal Court, The Almeida and Southwark Playhouse amongst others. He has played a wide variety of roles from Slim in Of Mice and Men to Scanlon in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, to Brassett the Butler in "Charley's Aunt".

On Screen
In the past 12 months Matthew filmed his first feature film entitled “The Power of Three”, "Life Bites" on the Disney Channel and for Panorama on the BBC. He has also appeared in many short films in the last three years playing characters as diverse as a god, a police officer, a stalker and a criminal.
