What's the story ?
Rent is set in Alphabet City in New York where the bohemian residents unite with the homeless to protest at the loss of their housing.
It covers a year in the lives of a group of friends, beginning on Christmas Eve and turning full circle , through the seasons as they take stock the following Christmas.
Created by the late Jonathan Larson, this new production was directed by Paul Kerryson.
Who did Neil play?
Neil played Angel a street drumming transvestite. Who comes to the aid of Collins, falls in love and brings a "no day but today" philosophy to Collins' group of friends.
Where and When?
In the original 2001 Seasons Of Love UK Tour beginning in Leicester.
In London's West End through to January 2002 at The Prince of Wales Theatre.
