Includes all you need to profile your career highlights online. Latest News page, CV/Biography, your Showreel and or voicereel, a gallery with up to 24 images, contact page for agents details and a forwarding email address.
Also your.com/.co.uk domain name, hosting on the actuallyactors.com server and maintenance/updates - all for 12 months. -
Bespoke Sites
From: £550
For those performers who may need a little more, our bespokes sites can include show pages highlighting the main productions you have been in, a press gallery,a reviews page. Newsletter, Fan e-mail handling, Official Facebook Group/MySpace profile/Twitter account management.

Industry Sites
From: £600
Because the requirements for each type of business differs all our websites for entertainment businesses are individually quoted. We can tailor the service and the initial cost to fit your budget and your objectives. We'll also structure your site in such a way that it can easily be expanded as and when your budget allows or as your business grows.
After discussing your requirements we'll prepare an individual quote for your project. After this point the cost is fixed unless of course your requirements change. This quote will include everything you need for the first 12 months, for example domain name, hosting (if needed), design and maintenance. This means there should be no escalating costs or nasty surprises halfway through your project. -
Consultancy
Do you already have a website and just want someone to update it for you? Have you started to build your own site and got stuck? Do you need help in setting up or running your social media presence? Do you just need a sounding board to talk through your own ideas before you implement them. Subject to availability we may be able to help at a very reasonable hourly rate.
We develop sites speficially for you - so if you don't see exactly what you want in the examples given above please get in touch - we'll be happy to chat through the options available with no obligation.

The process

Get in touch via our contact form and tell us a little about what you are looking for.We'll will get back to you to find out more.

If you are London based it is good to meet up for a no obligation chat, discuss your materials, objectives and design preferences. Meeting you really helps to tailor a site specifically to your personality and preferences. If you are based outside London we can always do this part via phone & email.

Following briefing discussions we'll confirm a plan of action via email with an order form to commission the work. This should be returned with a 50% deposit. We'll also need two or three of your key images - if these haven't already been provided. Design work is then booked in.

Initial designs 2 or 3 options are produced for your comments. These will be pictures not working sites and usually incorporate a homepage and an inside page. Armed with your comments we'll refine your preferred option or go back to the drawing board till we get an agreed design.
- 5.
Once the design is approved we'll need all your materials to build the site.
- 6.
The remainder of the fee is due on sign-off of the site and prior to it going live.
- The whole process usually takes 4-6 weeks depending on availability and your materials being ready. The process can be speeded up, varied or changed completely depending on your individual requirements.
